Mid Month Practice

Given Alex’s lack of kart time and a looming first race we took a trip to Forest Edge in Winchester for a mid month practice session.

Naturally, as with everyone else who has been in the kart for the first time, it was pouring it down, so ultimately resulted in a baptism of fire spending more time mowing the lawn than actually going round the track.

Irrespective, with a little persistence lap times started dropping, below is a comparison of Alex’s slowest and fastest lap times in similar conditions.

With PFI looming in a little over 3 weeks away, the practice will definitely pay off.
